Colorado Mills tenants, please join us for a tenant meeting on Thursday November 16th at 2:00pm. We will meet inside the mall at a location to be determined. Please have at least 1 representative, preferable a managerial role, be in attendance. We look forward to seeing all of you as we work together to re-open the center. Please RSVP so we can plan an appropriate sized meeting location. Refreshments will be served.

Contractors and Tenants (with a legitimate business need) needing to access the center are to check in at the security entry point on the South side of the property. Please follow directional signs. The check-in area will be open from 5:30am until 6:00pm daily. Prior to arriving please call the security phone line at 303.384.3077 for access approval.
REQUIRED: All visitors to the center MUST be prepared with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as the center is in construction mode. This includes: hard hats, hard sole closed toe shoes, long pants, shirts with sleeves, safety vests, safety glasses, etc. Minors are not allowed into the center at this time. If your retail space includes a backdoor, you still must check-in with the security team to ensure we are aware of all persons at the center.
Colorado Mills tenants please review the attached memo dated July 27, 2017 regarding the restoration process and next steps. In addition to this posting, the memo will be sent to the notice address referenced in your lease.
Tenants with a legitimate business need, will be allowed into the center Monday thru Saturday 10:00 am – 5:00 pm and Sunday Noon – 5:00 pm. These will be the regular tenant access hours until further notice. As a reminder tenants must remove all wet merchandise and materials from your store. Minors are not allowed into the center at this time. If your retail space includes a backdoor, you still must check-in with the security team to ensure we are aware of all persons at the center.
Contractors will be allowed access into the center daily 6:00 am – 8:00 pm.
Both tenants and contractors are to check in at the security entry point on the South side of the property, closest to H&M/Entry 4 with onsite staff.
While Colorado Mills remains closed to make necessary repairs following storm damage, we are happy to announce that Super Target, UA Colorado Mills Stadium 16 IMAX and Jumpstreet are now open. The parking lots near Target and the theatre are open, as is our free 5-level parking garage. The remaining parking lots are currently closed to the public.
