Colorado Mills Tenants,
Thank you all for your hard work, patience, and support these last months. Please continue to check back to this site for new information while we work toward re-opening the center.
Please review these bullet points on the overall center opening actions:
- We will have the majority of common areas and as many retail tenants as possible open, safe and functional for the holiday shopping season.
- Finishes of common areas will be completed during evening hours extending into early 2018 and retailers will continue to open during this timeline.
- We have elected to re-open the center as soon as possible in order to put retailers back in business and their employees back to work with the understanding that portions of the restoration will not be completed.
- The center will operate with standard hours instead of extended hours this holiday season.
For your internal planning needs, attached are the 2017 holiday hours beginning November 21st. At a future date the holiday hours will be added to our consumer website for the community to view.

Colorado Mills – Tenant Letter 06.07.17
Colorado Mills tenants and employees, please remember to visit the resources page on this website for details on temporary employment opportunities and services available to job seekers in the area.
Colorado Mills suffered extensive damage as a result of a severe hail storm that occurred on May 8, 2017. Thankfully our mall shoppers and our tenants’ employees did not sustain any injuries caused by the hail storm. However, the hail created openings in the roof, which allowed rain water to intrude into the mall interior, including all common areas and tenant spaces. We have already commenced remediation and restoration efforts and we are working with our insurers and others to ensure that Colorado Mills reopens as soon as possible. Individual anchor tenants with exterior entrances will open as soon as possible and Super Target and UA Colorado Mills Stadium 16 IMAX & RPX are open. We are currently unable to estimate when the entire mall will reopen for business to the public but believe it will be in time for this year’s holiday shopping season. Please check http://www.coloradomills.com for updates on store openings.
Tenants will be allowed into the center Monday thru Saturday 10:00 am – 5:00 pm and Sunday Noon – 5:00 pm to assess storm damage and begin restoration efforts (weather permitting). These will be the regular tenant access hours until further notice. You must remove all wet merchandise and materials from your store. Dumpsters are available for disposing of damaged items. Please follow directional signs in parking lot and check-in with onsite staff at Entry 1. Please bring proof of employment and wear appropriate, protective clothing such as closed-toe shoes. Minors are not allowed into the center at this time. If your retail space includes a backdoor, you still must check-in with the management team at Entry 1 to ensure we’re aware of all persons at the center.
Contractors will be allowed access into the center daily 6:00 am – 8:00 pm to assess storm damage and begin restoration efforts (weather permitting). Please follow directional signs in parking lot and check in at the security entry point on the South side of the property, closest to H&M to check-in with onsite staff.
